No ID, No Sale! Logo

The logo may be used, subject to guidelines, by anyone creating their own materials or planning a campaign around under-age sales.

Pack Cover Letter

Introductory information on use of items in the pack.

A4 Valid ID Poster

This should be visible in the shop. It shows the acceptable forms of ID and includes space for you to add your local authority PASS approved scheme where applicable.

Statutory Tobacco Notice

This poster is a legal requirement and must be prominently displayed in the shop. This new version has been approved by The Department of Health.

Tobacco '18' Poster

This should be displayed in the shop. It explains that from October 1st 2007, the required age for purchasing tobacco will increase to 18.

A4 Laws Notice

This poster should be displayed in a staff area. It details the possible penalties for selling illegally.

This should be kept near the till and used each time a sale is refused. It is good practice to use a Refusal Register, as it may help if a retailer is prosecuted for selling illegally.
